Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Vital Bridge (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website vitalbridgeimfit.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our website or make a purchase.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Name and contact information (email address, phone number)
  • Shipping and billing address
  • Payment information (processed securely by our payment providers — we do not store your full card number)
  • Order history and preferences
  • Any information you include in communications with us

Information Collected Automatically

When you browse our website, we automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Browser type and version, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies section below)

How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

  • Process and fulfill your orders, including shipping and payment processing
  • Communicate with you about your orders, returns, and customer support inquiries
  • Send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates)
  • Improve our website, products, and customer experience
  • Measure the performance of our website and advertising, and show relevant ads to people who may be interested in our products
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, to measure and improve our advertising, we share certain identifiers and activity data with advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and Google (see “Third-Party Services” and “Cookies” below). Under some U.S. state privacy laws — including California — this kind of sharing for targeted advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out at any time (see “Your Privacy Choices”).

Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Essential cookies: maintain your shopping cart and session while you browse (required for the store to function)
  • Performance and analytics cookies: help us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it, including through Google Analytics
  • Marketing and advertising cookies: we use tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google advertising tags to measure how our ads perform and to show relevant ads. These technologies may set cookies and collect device and activity identifiers. You can opt out at any time (see “Your Privacy Choices”).

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from completing purchases. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative, and through your device’s ad-tracking settings.

Third-Party Services

We share your information only as necessary to operate our business and to measure and improve our marketing:

  • Payment processors (Stripe and PayPal): to securely process your payments. Stripe and PayPal are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant and handle your card information directly — your full card number is never stored on our servers. Each maintains its own privacy policy (Stripe Privacy Policy, PayPal Privacy Statement).
  • Advertising and analytics partners (Meta and Google): we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, and Google tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Merchant Center), to measure website and advertising performance, understand how visitors find and use our site, and show relevant ads. To improve measurement accuracy, some information you provide at checkout — such as your email address, phone number, and name — may be shared with Meta in hashed (irreversible) form so it can be matched without exposing the underlying data. These partners process information under their own policies (Meta Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy). You can opt out (see “Your Privacy Choices”).
  • Shipping carriers: to deliver your orders
  • Hosting provider: our website is hosted on secure servers

These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their services and are obligated to protect your data in accordance with applicable law and their own policies.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our website. Payment card data is transmitted directly to our PCI DSS-compliant payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) and is not stored on our servers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order records are retained as required by applicable tax and commerce laws.

International Data Transfers

Vital Bridge operates in the United States. Our products are manufactured by our affiliated brand in Colombia, and some information related to your order may be processed by service providers located outside the United States, including in Colombia. Whenever personal information is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Massachusetts Residents

We comply with Massachusetts data protection law (M.G.L. c. 93H and 201 CMR 17.00). We maintain a written information security program with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information of Massachusetts residents. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and the appropriate Massachusetts authorities as required by law.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • Opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at orders@vitalbridgeimfit.com.

Your Privacy Choices

You can opt out of interest-based advertising and the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising at any time by:

  • Emailing us at orders@vitalbridgeimfit.com with the request “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”
  • Adjusting your ad preferences directly with the platforms — Meta Ad Preferences and Google Ads Settings
  • Using the industry opt-out tools listed in the Cookies section (Digital Advertising Alliance and Network Advertising Initiative)
  • Enabling your browser’s cookie controls or ad-tracking settings

California residents: the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To submit a request, use any of the methods above.

Children’s Privacy

Our website is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
