This Shipping Policy describes how Vital Bridge (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes and ships orders placed on vitalbridgeimfit.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside the U.S., international destinations, or U.S. territories at this time.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping (continental U.S.): $6.99 USD
  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 USD
  • Alaska & Hawaii: $13.99 USD

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During promotional periods or product launches, processing may take up to one additional business day.

Delivery Estimates

  • Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Factors outside our control (weather, carrier delays, high-volume seasons) may extend delivery times.

Carriers & Tracking

We ship through major U.S. carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Every order receives a tracking number, sent to your email as soon as your package is dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, contact us at orders@vitalbridgeimfit.com.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at orders@vitalbridgeimfit.com — we can correct the address only if the order has not yet been dispatched. For security reasons, we do not reroute packages after dispatch.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office first, then contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Higher-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at orders@vitalbridgeimfit.com. We can modify or cancel orders only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, your order falls under our Return & Satisfaction Guarantee.
