These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vitalbridgeimfit.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Cristian A. Fontalvo Lopez d/b/a Vital Bridge by I’m Fit (“Vital Bridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a business registered in Boston, Massachusetts. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Our Products

Vital Bridge products are natural food blends made in an FDA-registered facility. Our products are conventional foods intended to complement a balanced lifestyle; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they do not replace any medication or professional medical care. The information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. If you live with a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take prescription medication, consult your healthcare provider before use.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your full card information on our servers.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
  • You agree to provide current and accurate billing information. We may request additional verification before accepting an order.

4. Shipping

Shipping methods, rates, coverage, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, described in full in our Return & Satisfaction Guarantee, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging.
  • We accept one return per order.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Original payment processing fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes are limited to one per order unless otherwise stated, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Bundles and multi-pack discounts apply only as displayed at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including product names, logos, images, text, and design — is the property of Vital Bridge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, placing fraudulent orders, or using the Site in violation of any applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Individual results from our products vary from person to person.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vital Bridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vital Bridge from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at orders@vitalbridgeimfit.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the latest revision. Changes take effect upon posting; your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
